Oh!  So YOU were the hiker who found the "lost and deserted" town of Elkmont!!  Nice pics.

Not everyone knows how to post pics on the forum.  Maybe you could give a few easy instructions?

If we're talking about the same Elkmont, the old Elkmont hotel was torn down a while back, but was very charming and cozy.  There is a section of summer cottages in the mountains that were owned by wealthy people years ago.  You're not supposed to go through them, but Larry and I have been through them many times.  I think they know people go through them, because they're unlocked.  They are redoing some of them for preservation only.  It's very sweet and takes you back in time to walk around and look at these summer homes.  If you've never done it, you should.  Maybe get Sally to schedule a run and picnic sometime.

I learned how to post pictures a couple of years ago.  They are in a folder/folders on the forum.  Not as big or professional as John's, but some nice ones of a few MM gatherings.  Now I'm trying to learn how to use a smart phone.  I've got the basics down, but that's about it.   ::)

I do not have room for both halves.  Anybody want to get one and split it up?

I'll answer for our home before Larry sees this, John.  No!  Thanks for asking though... ;D
