My First Rallycross
« on: November 04, 2016, 08:44:33 AM »
Took the '91 beater out to Frazier Motorsports Park in Tazewell.   Wow! What fun.
I'm hooked.  Autocross to the extreme.  Low traction, low visibility (very dry & dusty), low stability (ruts/bumps/jumps) .....  but no low fun factor.

While this isn't for any vehicle, due to the harsh conditions it is exposed to, if you have an old beater lying around..... DO IT!

See my trophies for winning my class (the ONLY stock rear wheel drive entrant)... O'Reilly frisbee & ETR sticker!
'91 - Daily/Beater
'93 LE - Cruiser
And a yard full of other addictions:  Air-cooled VWs, Chevy Vegas, 2nd Gen Trans Ams, Jeeps,.

Glad you had fun at the rally cross. We are putting a car together for next year also.

It was great to have Dwight join us, and then recruit Eric as well.  I look forward to having them both, Randy and Mark all in Rally Cars next season.
